Helping Hands offers a variety of opportunities for you to reach out with a "helping hand" to others in need. At home you can reach out with helping hands by sponsoring a child, supporting a project financially or contributing Christmas parcels or other goods to Helping Hands' annual Christmas shipment to Eastern Europe (only available in Germany). Some "practical" help is also needed in a number of projects in Germany (e.g. loading the shipment).
Of course you can also offer helping hands directly in project locations, in shorter or longer voluntary services or by joining a regular or medical Work & Witness Team that regularly travel to countries where help is needed. For young adults (18–30 years old) there's a special paXan team that goes on a ministry trip every summer.
